親芳茶 南投高山烏龍茶葉組 Ez Bon Mountain Oolong Tea Set

茶壺熱泡法：
1. 溫：先用熱水溫壺與杯
2. 置：倒掉溫壺的熱水，放入茶葉，建議茶葉量：鋪滿壺底一層或以喜好調整。
3. 注熱水：水滚後，待水溫95°C最佳，注熱水於壺中。
4. 卒茶：可先醒茶，倒入1/2壺熱水，即刻倒出熱水。
第1沖60秒，第2沖約50秒，第3沖約60秒，第4～6冲，每次增加25秒。
5. 此茶業使用白瓷壺沖泡最佳陶壺亦可，用礦泉水或山泉水沖泡，風味更佳。
6. 存放烏龍茶葉於干燥、避光、密封、沒有異味的地方。

冷泡法：
1. 沖泡器具採用陶壺/瓷器/玻璃容器均可。
2. 茶葉量3g，常溫冷水600C，冷藏6~8小時後即可飲用。

保存方法：請勿放在高溫，潮濕或日光可直接照射的地方。

Hot Steeping:
1. Tea Pot :Using clay teapot/cup is preferred.
2 Warm the teapot and cup with hot water first.
3. Tea amount: Loosely cover the bottom or the pot with one layer of tea leaves.
4. Recommended Water temperature is 95°C.
5. Steeping Time: the first steeping is 60 sec. The 2nd steeping time is 50 sec.
The 3rd steping time : 60 sec., for 4th~ 6th steeping increase time by 25 sec.

6. Use mineral water or mountain spring water for better flavor.
7. Store Oolong Tea leaves at home in a dry, dark, airtight and odor-free place.

Cold brew :
1. Put tea leaves 3g into the Glass bottle with 600ml cold drinking water and close bottle cap.
2. Let it sit inside fridge for 6-8 hours, you may then strain the tea.
